The KBF1100 box furnace uses Swedish Kantar resistance wire as the heating element, adopts a double-layer shell structure and a Japanese Shimada 40 stage program temperature control system. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and the double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system, which can quickly raise and lower the temperature. It can reach 1000 degrees in 20 minutes. The furnace has the advantages of temperature field balance, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, and energy saving. It is an ideal product for high temperature sintering, metal annealing, and quality testing in universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises.




(1) The surface temperature can reach up to 1420 ℃
(2) The surface is stainless steel color (very bright, to be noted when identifying by customers), will not rust, and will not fall off slag no matter how long it is used.

The actual heating curve of the furnace will be drawn in real time by the computer, and the temperature data at each moment can be saved, and the vacuum degree can be adjusted at any time.
