The odors and unpleasant odors in food factories mainly come from three aspects:
One is the odor carried by the raw materials emitted during the processing steps,
The second is the odor generated by the volatilization of certain additives added during the processing,
The third is the foul odor gases such as hydrogen sulfide, skatole, aliphatic aldehydes, amines, and ammonia generated by the sewage treatment plants built by food factories.
(1) Waste gas generated during production processes: Cooking, boiling, smoking, drying and other processes during the production process will produce oil fumes,
(2) Odor gas: mainly refers to the odor gas generated by the decay of food grade temporary storage yards in cold storage, and a small amount of odor gas generated during the operation of sewage treatment plants.
After receiving a consultation call from the customer, we went to the production site of the factory for inspection and designed a solution for the customer to use two 20000 air flow plasma photocatalytic integrated machines. This way, the deodorization and oil fume removal effects are relatively good, and the emissions can be guaranteed to meet the standards. Meanwhile, due to the high water vapor content in the exhaust gas, a defogger needs to be installed at the front end of the plasma photocatalytic integrated machine.
