1、 Overview

1. Purpose: JZ1 series autotransformer voltage reducing starter box is suitable for voltage reducing starting and stopping of three-phase squirrel cage induction motors with AC 380V, frequency 50~60Hz, power 10K W-400KW.

2. This product can be divided into two types: indoor and outdoor, and must operate normally under the following conditions.

A Altitude below 2000m;

B The temperature of the surrounding medium shall not exceed+40 ℃ and shall not be lower than -10 ℃;

C The air humidity should not exceed 85%;

D The amplitude shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the frequency shall not exceed 600 times per minute;

E The inclination with respect to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 °.

F In a medium without explosive hazards, and where there are no gases or conductive dust that can corrode metals or damage insulation in the medium.

2、 Starting performance

When starting the motor of JZ1 autotransformer voltage reducing starting cabinet product, the starting current shall not exceed 3-4 times the rated starting current of the motor. If the total continuous starting time exceeds the time specified in Table 1 and heats up to 120 ℃, the electric shock of the transformer temperature controller will be disconnected and stop working. At this time, the transformer can only be restarted after it reaches the cooling greenhouse. This product is only intended for long-term intermittent starting and frequent starting is strictly prohibited.

3、 Product Structure

The JZ1 autotransformer voltage reducing starting cabinet product is a box type protective structure composed of autotransformer, AC contactor, time relay, comprehensive protector, intermediate relay, universal transfer switch and other components. Products with a power of 75KW or below are controlled automatically, while products with a power of 90KW or above have both manual and automatic control modes, which are switched by a universal switch. Autotransformers are always connected to 65% of the connectors and 80% are spare connectors when they leave the factory.
