1、 Extremely strong corrosion resistance
The overcurrent part of the pump is entirely made of high-quality PFA material, which has strong adaptability to corrosive liquids such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong oxidants. Installation of JXF type clamp plate axial flow pump
1、 Before installation, the foundation dimensions, position, surface condition, and elevation should be checked to ensure they meet the design requirements.
2、 After washing and pouring concrete into the anchor bolt hole, it should solidify for at least 48 hours and recheck the level and verticality of the pump.
3、 The pump and motor must be installed on the same axis, with a deviation of no more than 0.2mm.
4、 The connecting pipeline of the pump should be properly supported with brackets, and the pump should not bear the weight of the device.
