JX-8100ZG3 corrosion and scale inhibitor is composed of organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, carbon steel corrosion inhibitor, etc. It has good chelating and dispersing effects on calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, etc. in water and has good corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel. It is mainly used for corrosion and scale inhibition in the circulating cooling water system of steel plants, with good corrosion inhibition effect and strong scale inhibition ability.

3、 Usage method

Add the daily required corrosion and scale inhibitor JX-8100ZG3 into the plastic dosing bucket (or box). For ease of use, dilute it with water and continuously add the agent at the inlet of the circulation pump (i.e. the outlet of the collection tank) using a metering pump or by adjusting the valve. The dosing concentration is generally 5-20ppm (based on the amount of supplementary water).

4、 Packaging and Storage

Corrosion and scale inhibitor JX-8100ZG3 is packaged in plastic drums, with a weight of 25kg/drum, 200kg/drum, or determined according to user needs; Store in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of ten months.
