6、 Structure and Principle

The machine consists of four components: a frame, a motor, a feeding hopper, and a crushing mechanism. The material enters the crushing chamber directly through the feeding hopper and is subjected to strong shearing by a medium speed rotating moving blade and a fixed blade to achieve the purpose of crushing. By adjusting the gap between the moving blade and the fixed blade, the size of the obtained particles can be controlled. The particles that meet the requirements are discharged from the discharge port through the control of the sieve, while the materials that do not meet the requirements continue to be sheared and crushed in the crushing chamber until they meet the requirements.
