1、 JT-60A salt water spray tester (salt spray test chamber)
The salt spray test chamber uses salt spray corrosion to test the reliability of the corrosion resistance of the tested samples. Salt spray refers to the dispersion system composed of tiny salt droplets in the atmosphere, which is one of the three prevention series in artificial environments. Many enterprise products need to simulate the destructive effects of the surrounding ocean climate on the products, so the salt spray test chamber should be operated. The salt spray test is divided into two types: neutral salt spray and acidic salt spray. The difference lies in the standards and testing methods they comply with, namely the "NSS" and "CASS" tests, which are the most common testing methods in artificial climate protection.

3、 Test box body structure

The test case body is made of light gray impact resistant PVC board with a thickness of 5mm and a durable temperature of 85 ℃. (Taiwan's South Asian card). The edge is surrounded by a three-dimensional reinforcement with a thickness of 10mm, and the structure is firm. |

4、 Safety protection device
1. When the water level is low, the power is automatically cut off and the safety warning light device lights up to display
2. When the temperature exceeds the limit, the heater power supply will be automatically cut off, and the safety warning light device will light up and display
3. When the water level of the test drug (saline) is low, the safety warning light device lights up and displays an alarm prompt
4. Leakage protection function, preventing personal injury and instrument failure caused by circuit leakage or short circuit
5、 Water addition system and defogging system
1. Adopting two types of water addition systems, automatic and manual, to supplement the pressure tank and laboratory water level automatically or manually, in order to prevent instrument damage caused by water shortage and ultra-high temperature
2. Clear the salt spray inside the test chamber during the testing process and shutdown to prevent corrosive gases from flowing out and damaging other precision instruments in the laboratory.
