Structure and Working Principle of JSY-SM Fully Automatic Brush Filter
The JSY-SM fully automatic brush filter consists of components such as a motor reducer, filter housing, filter screen, scraper brush combined cleaning system, PLC controller, and electric drain valve. The raw material medium enters the filter through the feeding port and is filtered through the gap between the filter screens from inside to outside. The filtered raw material flows from top to bottom to the outlet at the bottom, and impurities larger than those between the filter screens are intercepted. After the filter screen component runs for a certain period of time, the gap between the filter screens is blocked by impurities. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the PLC monitors the signal and sends instructions. The deceleration motor drives the rotating scraper to automatically clean the dirt attached to the filter screen, maintain the filtering function of the filter screen, and ensure the smoothness of the filter screen gap; When the impurities at the bottom of the filter increase, as long as the bottom slag discharge valve is opened, the impurities will be smoothly discharged, keeping the system pressure normal. The layout of the scraper type self-cleaning filter is reasonable, and the scraping angle is optimized. Driven by the deceleration motor, the rotating scraper timely scrapes off impurities in the filtering gap, eliminating the trouble of removing and cleaning the filter screen, and keeping the raw materials unobstructed for filtration. The scraper system consists of a self-cleaning filter composed of a fixed plate, PTFE scraper brush type combination cleaning, and a spring. The spring pressure compensation is reasonably selected to minimize wear on the filter screen.
