Working principle of JSY-FGL fully automatic backwash filter
The filtered liquid enters the filter through the inlet, passes through the lower fixing plate and enters the filter element. The liquid flows from the inside to the outside of the filter and exits the filter through the outlet of the filter cartridge; The impurities discharged from backwashing are discharged from the sewage outlet.
·Filter process description:
During the process of liquid flow from the inside to the outside of the filter element, solid particles are trapped inside the filter element With the increase of pollution, the pressure difference between the polluted side and the clean side of the filter gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the pressure difference gauge sends a signal and the filter starts the automatic backwashing process.
·Backwash process:
1) The deceleration motor drives the flushing arm to rotate through the intermediate shaft, and the rotation angle of the flushing arm is controlled by the positioning switch to align with the cleaned filter element.
2) The drain valve opens, creating a pressure difference between the outside (clean side) of the cleaned filter element and the drain.
3) Under the pressure difference, the cleaning side fluid flows from the outside to the inside of the cleaned filter element for backwashing. The pollutants accumulated on the inside of the filter element are washed away and discharged from the filter through the drain outlet.
4) The backwash time for each filter element has been set. When the backwash set time is reached, the drain valve closes and the backwash process for the filter element ends; The deceleration motor drives the flushing arm to rotate again, backwashing the next (group) filter element and opening the drain valve again Repeat this process to backwash each (group) filter element.
5) After all filter elements are cleaned, the flushing arm returns to its original position under the control of the zero position switch, and a backwash cycle ends.
Due to the fact that backwashing is a process of flushing one filter element at a time, the filter can still maintain a continuous flow of liquid during the backwashing process
·Backwash process setting:
Differential pressure setting:The differential pressure gauge on the filter is equipped with a transmission point for setting the differential pressure of the filter and setting the backwash process of the filter;
Time setting:The filter control box is equipped with a time setting device, which can set the time cycle of the filter backwashing process according to user requirements;
The pressure difference setting and time setting are the automatic backwash setting process, and both settings exist simultaneously, with the pressure difference setting taking priority;
Manual start:In addition to setting the pressure difference and time for automatic backwashing process, there is also the option to manually start the backwashing process by pressing the TEST button, which is used during debugging and maintenance
Design Features of JSY-FGL Fully Automatic Anti Cleaning Filter
1) Fully automatic operation, no need for manual intervention, low operation and maintenance costs, wide independent applicability, excellent performance price ratio;
2) Strong filtering ability, minimal interference to the system, reliable, safe, environmentally friendly, easy to install and operate;
3) Allow for quick and frequent backwashing operations, while maximizing backwashing energy during the backwashing process;
4) During the backwashing process, each (group) filter screen is backwashed sequentially; Ensure the safety and efficient cleaning of the filter screen, while other filters are not affected, continue filtering;
5) Fully automatic backwashing, due to the use of pneumatic drain valves, consumes less liquid and saves energy for backwashing.
Application scope of JSY-FGL fully automatic backwash filter
Petrochemical, chemical circulating water, condensate water, cooling water filtration, oil field or oil platform well water injection and injection agent filtration, as UF/RO security filters, steel mills, automobile manufacturing plant components
