Under the high-speed drive of the motor, the dispersing head generates high tangential linear velocity, and the material is subjected to strong hydraulic shear and high-frequency mechanical effects under the huge centrifugal force, causing the fluid material to withstand thousands of shear and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, thereby achieving efficient mixing, dispersion, and homogenization. Integrating dispersion and stirring functions, the two processes of dispersion and homogenization are completed by one machine and one container.
