1、 Process characteristics
Due to the high content of algae, color, various colloids, and some organic matter in river water, traditional coagulation and sedimentation processes have poor treatment effects, large land occupation, and high cost. This process is designed with an efficient dissolved gas separation device, which has good treatment effect and stable operation. The turbidity of the source water can be reduced to below 3NTU after chemical addition and air flotation.
2 Working principle: The air flotation method purifies water by dissolving a large amount of gas into the water under high pressure as the working liquid. During the process of reducing pressure, countless microbubbles are released to adhere to the impurities in the water after mixing reaction, so that the specific gravity of the flocs is less than 1, thus floating on the liquid surface, forming a three-phase mixture of bubbles (i.e. gas, water, particles), which separates pollutants from river water and achieves purification effect
The dissolved water from the high-pressure output of the coagulant tank reacts and condenses in the air flotation tank, and the process of coagulation from the original colloid into flocs is the working process of the machine. The principle of the entire reaction is the diffusion of the agent, coagulation hydrolysis, destabilization of the impurity colloid, aggregation of colloid, collision of micro flocs, causing the colloid particle size to condense from 0.001 microns to 2 millimeters and quickly float up. The floating slag is discharged into the sludge tank through the collection tank
2、 Process Description
1.Coagulation dosing reaction:
Using a magnetic pump to inject PAC into the pipeline, the source water pump thoroughly mixes it with water to condense the particles and colloids in the water into large particles. Conduct sufficient reaction in the reaction tank to form alum floc particles from impurities in the water.
2.Air flotation tank:
The effluent from the reaction tank enters the contact chamber of the air flotation system, and the flocculated particles adhere to the bubbles of the dissolved water and float on the water surface with the bubbles, thus achieving solid-liquid separation, and the floating slag is used for hydraulic outflow. The clean water in the air flotation tank is discharged through the central drainage pipe.
3Bag filter:
After the previous air flotation, the large suspended particles in the source water have been basically removed, while some small suspended particles have not been removed. Here, perform another microfiltration to remove suspended solids above 5 μ m. A pressure indicator is installed at the inlet and outlet of the bag filter, and the filter bag is replaced when the pressure difference increases to the set value. After bag filtration, the turbidity can be reduced to below 2NTU.
