1、 Product Introduction
JC-LQM-4 vertical planetary ball mill is an indispensable device for mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, nano material dispersion, new product development, and small-scale production of high-tech materials. This product has a small volume, comprehensive functions, high efficiency, and low noise. It is an ideal equipment for scientific research institutions, universities, and enterprise laboratories to obtain micro particle research samples (four samples can be obtained at the same time in each experiment). Equipped with a vacuum ball milling tank, the sample can be ground under vacuum. Widely used in geological, mineral, metallurgical, electronic, building materials, ceramics, chemical, light industry, medicine, beauty, environmental protection and other sectors. The rotational speed, alternating time between forward and reverse rotation, and total grinding time can be set according to the process requirements.
working principle:
The JC-LQM series ball mill is equipped with four ball milling tanks on the same turntable. When the turntable rotates, the ball milling tanks revolve around the turntable axis while also rotating around their own axis, performing a planetary motion. The grinding balls in the tank collide with each other in high-speed motion, grinding and mixing samples. This product can be ground and mixed with different particle sizes and materials using both dry and wet methods. The minimum particle size of the ground product can reach 0.1 microns (i.e. 1.0 × 10mm-4).

Program control
The ball mill is controlled by a high-tech microcomputer chip and can operate alternately in forward and reverse directions according to the set program (1-999min), as well as in forward, pause, reverse, pause, and forward directions (1-999min). It is particularly suitable for cooling or intermittent operation needs.
