The JBC series flat bag dust collector has the advantages of simple and compact structure, small volume, easy maintenance, low vibration and noise, and high efficiency. Especially the B-type dust removal unit can be directly installed on the dust point, eliminating the need for connecting air ducts and simplifying the dust removal system.
The JBC20/30/45/60 flat bag dust collector series bag filters are divided into Type A and Type B. Type A has a separate ash hopper and discharge device, while Type B does not have a separate ash hopper. The ash hopper is both a discharge port and a suction port. It can be directly installed on dust points (such as the guide chute and material bin of a belt conveyor).

The JBC type flat bag dust collector consists of a fan, a filter box, a frame type flat bag, a cleaning vibration mechanism, and a hopper discharge device. It can work automatically according to program control.
Working principle of JBC flat bag dust collector:
When starting up, the negative pressure in the dust filter chamber is caused by the fan, and the dust containing gas is sucked into the filter box through the air inlet. After being filtered by the dust removal bag, it adheres to the outer surface of the bag. The clean air enters the purification room through the filter material and is transported by the fan to the indoor or atmospheric environment, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying the air or collecting solid particles in the dust containing gas. With the operation of the unit, the dust attached to the outer wall of the bag gradually increases, and the resistance of the unit rises sharply. Due to the action of the pressure difference alarm, the fan stops, and the mechanical vibration cleaning mechanism automatically starts working, forcing the accumulated dust to fall down. The dust is discharged through the hopper and ash discharge device (if an A-type dust collector is used, the cleaning dust can be directly dropped onto the belt conveyor or bin). After a predetermined time, the vibration mechanism automatically stops working, completing a cleaning cycle.

1. Before installation, the integrity of the unit should be checked and all connecting bolts should be tightened again.
2. The installation position should pay attention to the convenience of opening the inspection door.
3. A 10mm thick anti vibration rubber pad should be placed at the bottom of the unit.
4. The installation of the unit should reach a level.
Maintenance and upkeep of JBC flat bag dust collector unit:
1. When the dust removal system is working, the air volume passing through the unit should be kept at around the rated air volume and the fluctuation of air volume should be minimized as much as possible.
2. Regularly pay attention to the tightness of each inspection door.
3. Regularly check the cleanliness of the exhaust outlet gas. If dust is found to be discharged from the exhaust outlet, it indicates that the bag is damaged and should be replaced immediately.
4. Regularly remove dust and other impurities from the body and exhaust ducts to prevent rusting.
5. The maintenance of the unit is carried out in a shutdown state.
