2. Greenhouse automatic controller configuration

(1) The MC-WS greenhouse automatic controller has comprehensive functions, high data measurement accuracy, and can collect data on up to dozens of environmental elements. It has 16 relay outputs and can control equipment at 16 points. The core component adopts a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor as the main control CPU, with built-in large capacity data storage, which can continuously store 20000 pieces of data without loss. Portable shockproof structure, industrial control standard design, suitable for use in harsh environments, large screen graphic LCD display with Chinese characters and graphic display functions, displaying multiple environmental data channels on one screen for direct on-site observation. The relay indicator light indicates the on/off status of each relay.

(2) SD card and USB data storage function: Monitoring data can be continuously stored using a portable storage device (USB or SD card) for any set storage time, and then the data from the USB or SD card can be directly imported into the microcomputer. Due to the large storage capacity of USB or SD cards, which can ensure long-term permanent storage of data, the system has the feature of unlimited storage.

(3) Multiple communication interfaces: with RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet interfaces and other communication interfaces, it can not only realize the network control of multi machine greenhouse groups based on Ethernet, but also directly access the international wide area Internet to realize the remote network control of the greenhouse.

3. Software configuration of intelligent greenhouse control system

MC-WS greenhouse software fully meets the requirements of national greenhouse construction standards and specifications, with a user-friendly interface, graphical data display, multiple communication methods (wired, wireless), dynamic networking, and can support concurrent communication of more than 100 greenhouse controllers; Powerful database management capabilities, supporting multiple databases such as SQL, Access, Oracle, etc., capable of generating environmental data charts and device control status charts. It can run in a Windows 2000 or above system environment and automatically print and store data when connected to a printer.

4. Convenient and fast data networking function: with two methods of wired transmission and wireless transmission;

Wired transmission method:

Through standard RS232/RS485/USB communication interface, wired connection with the monitoring center PC, with a maximum wired communication distance of up to 1000 meters, real-time transmission of collected data, and real-time monitoring of multiple sites by one center can also be achieved through network interface;

Wireless transmission method:

Using GSM/GPRS network communication technology, combined with Internet network communication protocol, equipped with wireless communication controller, the monitoring center can achieve real-time monitoring of various sites, remote monitoring of environmental data and control status of each greenhouse, without distance limitations, and reliable data transmission. GPRS wireless communication method is a new wireless data transmission service developed on the existing GSM system, aiming to provide high-speed wireless IP or X.25 services to China Mobile users. The theoretical bandwidth of GPRS can be 171.2Kbit/S, and TCP/IP connection is provided on this channel, which can be used for Internet connection, data transmission and other applications.

GPRS allows users to send and receive data in end-to-end packet transfer mode without utilizing network resources in circuit switched mode. GPRS is always online and billed based on data usage, providing an efficient and low-cost wireless packet data service. It is particularly suitable for intermittent, sudden, frequent, scattered, and small to medium traffic data transmission, as well as occasional large data volume transmission.
