The medium pressure is transmitted to the measuring diaphragm located at the center of the δ chamber through the isolation diaphragm and silicone oil. The measuring diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element that produces corresponding displacement with the pressure difference on both sides. The displacement of the measuring diaphragm is proportional to the differential pressure, with a maximum displacement of 0.1mm. It is detected by the capacitor plates on both sides, and the differential capacitance between the measuring diaphragm and the capacitor plate is converted into a two-wire (4-20) mA DC output signal using electronic circuits.

1. Prevent the transmitter from coming into contact with corrosive or overheated measuring media.

2. It is necessary to prevent debris from depositing inside the pressure pipe.

3. The pressure conduit should be as short as possible.
|
4. The liquid column pressure head inside the pressure guiding pipes on both sides should be kept balanced.

5. The pressure pipe should be installed in a location with small temperature gradients and fluctuations.

6. Prevent crystallization or low-temperature freezing inside the pressure pipe.

7. Do not unscrew all exhaust/drain valves to prevent the sealing steel balls from falling off!
