It can directly display the temperature curve.
The control mode is PID (proportional integral derivative) automatic calculation. PID control is simple and easy to understand, and does not require precise system models or other prerequisites for use.
The temperature sensor adopts DIN PT-100Ω (Platinum induction).
Heating system
Adopting high-efficiency armored stainless steel electric heating tubes imported from Japan.
The heating system adopts hot air circulation heating method, with uniform temperature distribution, completely independent system, and does not affect the control circuit.
The temperature control output power is calculated by a microcomputer, and the heating power is automatically controlled according to the size of the internal load to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency electricity efficiency, which is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
Exhaust system(Optional→ Mainly targeting products with high heat generation
A set of exhaust system.
Meet the temperature balance when the aging room test product generates excessive heat.
When the aging indoor temperature exceeds the limit, the exhaust system is turned on to achieve the effect of balancing the indoor temperature.
