The photoelectric direct reading gas meter integrates traditional mechanical gas meters, photoelectric direct reading encoding technology, and communication technology into an organic whole. Through photoelectric encoding and decoding, the character wheel numbers of the meter are "directly read", which is the physical position compilation of the digits on the character wheel. The reading error is zero, which not only maintains the dose accuracy of the mechanical meter, but also has the function of automated management.

The system (or hand reader) sends power to the meter when reading or operating the valve, without the need for a power source to maintain the data
By using photoelectric encoding and decoding to directly read the digits on the table's character wheel, the physical positions of the digits on the wheel are compiled
The photoelectric decoder completes the decoding of the meter instantly and sends out the data. The output of the meter has no deviation from the reading on the dial, and jitter, reflux, and strong magnetic interference cannot affect the decoding reading
The table has a unique identifier, that is, the table address (factory number): 8, 12, 14 digits optional
