●Application Description:
In the distillation items such as food, some detection items are special, and the collected distillate needs to be received in ice bath, such as detection of alcohol content in BaijiuN-Nitrosamines, etc. The distillation process is quite complex, requiring steam distillation of the test sample and ice bath reception of the collected distillate at the receiving end to prevent secondary volatilization of organic components in the test liquid. At present, most laboratories in China use pure manual methods to conduct experimental operations for such projects. During cold baths, ice cubes or simple ice water mixtures are often used for treatment, but if they lose their effectiveness over time, they need to be replaced again. The intelligent ice bath distiller has a built-in compressor unit that does not require the addition of ice packs.
