1、 Scope of application
  
Purified water produced from alcohol production, especially potato based liquor wastewater, has the characteristics of high temperature, high mud and sand content, high viscosity, and high pollution load. It has always been a difficult and key point in wastewater treatment. Our company's research personnel have successfully developed an integrated treatment device and technology for alcohol waste mash through long-term control and engineering practice.
This technology was appraised by the Science and Technology Commission of Shandong Province in June 1998, and the appraisal conclusion was that it reached the leading level of similar products in China, and some devices truly filled the domestic gap. In 1999, it was identified by the State Environmental Protection Administration as a key practical promotion technology for national environmental protection. In the same year, it was recognized by the State Economic and Trade Commission as a national level new product.
This technology has been successfully applied in more than 30 units, including Dongying Brewery in Shandong Province, Mengyin Branch of Lanling Group Co., Ltd., Mengyin County Brewery, Penglai Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. of Gujinggong Group, Laiyang Tianfu Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. in Shandong Province, Huanghekou Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. in Lijin, Shandong Province, and Ningjin Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. in Hebei Province.

3、 Process Introduction
1. Biological pretreatment
(1) Function: After sedimentation, the wastewater enters the distiller's grains separation and treatment system. This device is an IL type distiller's grains special separator developed by our company, which can operate continuously and discharge automatically. After separation, the distiller's grains have a moisture content of about 85% and are directly sold as feed. In cases where distiller's grains are difficult to sell, anaerobic fermentation of the entire lees can be carried out.

(1) DJF anaerobic reactor
The DJF anaerobic reactor was designed by our company's researchers based on the characteristics of alcohol wastewater. It has outstanding advantages such as high sludge load acceptance, shock resistance, high gas production rate, short commissioning cycle, and safety and reliability. When the volumetric load is 8kgCODcr/m3d, the removal rate reaches over 66%, and for every kilogram of CODcr removed, about 0.35 cubic meters of biogas can be produced.
(2) The AIC anaerobic reactor is a two-stage anaerobic reactor. Due to the high volumetric load of AIC anaerobic reactor, it can handle 15-35kgCOD/m3. d. The removal rate is high at 90% to reduce high COD to around 1000mg/l at once. Because the AIC anaerobic reactor can still operate internally at a COD concentration of 800mg/l, it greatly reduces the burden of subsequent aerobic treatment.
(3) JR separation device
In the anaerobic to aerobic process, sedimentation is commonly used to remove suspended solids, but the effect is extremely unsatisfactory. The main reason is that the digestion liquid is still in an anaerobic state and difficult to precipitate. In response to this contradiction, our company has successfully developed a JR separation device through repeated practice, which is specifically applied to the treatment of anaerobic digestion liquid and effectively solves the transition and connection between anaerobic and aerobic. Suspended solids removal rate. Above 80%, the CODcr removal rate is around 70%.
(4) Aerobic treatment
After being treated by anaerobic and JR separation devices, the CODcr load of the wastewater meets the requirements of aerobic treatment. When using the push flow contact oxidation method and a volumetric load of 1.5kgCODcr/m3d, the CODcr removal rate reaches over 80%.

4. Sludge treatment
The sludge produced by anaerobic digestion liquid through JR separation device has fine particles, high viscosity, and difficult dewatering. After long-term comparison, a double diaphragm box filter press was selected for sludge dewatering, and optimized combinations were made in filter cloth, feeding method, feeding pressure, sludge modification, etc., so that the moisture content of the dewatered sludge cake is around 75%, and the sludge cake can be used as agricultural fertilizer.
Taking the treatment of wastewater from alcohol production with an annual output of 10000 tons as an example
(1) Revenue from distiller's grains
40m3 of distiller's grains containing 85% water can be separated daily, and the selling price per cubic meter of distiller's grains is calculated at 20 yuan, with an annual revenue of approximately 264000 yuan.
(2) Biogas income
Every 1m3 of waste mash can produce 20m3 of biogas containing more than 55% methane. When used for boiler combustion, each cubic meter of biogas can save 1kg of standard coal. Calculated at 220 yuan per ton of coal, it can save 58.08 yuan per year. The total revenue is RMB 844800, which is the sum of RMB 264800 and RMB 580.08.
(3) Operating costs
The operating cost for every 1m3 of waste mash is 4.42 yuan, including labor costs, electricity costs, medication costs, maintenance costs, etc. The total annual operating cost is 657000 yuan. 844800 yuan (income) -657000 yuan (expenses)=187800 yuan (net income)
