The comprehensive electricity measurement and control instrument is a fully electronic three-phase AC display energy metering product, designed and manufactured according to the IEC international energy meter standards and relevant national energy meter standards. The product integrates functions such as forward and reverse active and reactive power, demand, remote meter reading, multi rate (eight time periods, four rate), data encryption, event recording, anti-theft, and voltage loss time recording. 1. Basic metering functions: metering three-phase voltage, three-phase current, positive and negative active energy, reactive energy, total power factor, frequency.
2. Multiple rate function: can set 8 time periods and 4 types of rates. Four different rate numbers are used to measure and store the positive and negative active and reactive power quantities under each rate.
3. Maximum demand function: Measure and store the maximum positive and negative active and reactive power demand and the time of occurrence of the maximum demand for the past 3 months under 4 different rates.
4. Load recording function: It can store three-phase average voltage, three-phase average current, average power factor, and positive and negative active energy at fixed intervals.
5. Monthly energy settlement function: Record and store the monthly cumulative amount of active and reactive power under four different rates for three months. The settlement date can be set.
6. Voltage loss recording function: When the voltage of a certain phase connected to the meter is less than 60% of the rated voltage. The electricity meter determines the occurrence of voltage loss and records the start and recovery time of the last 5 voltage losses.
7. Parameter setting function: It can set CT and PT transformation ratio, voltage transformation ratio, current transformation ratio, active and reactive power consumption.
8. Communication interface (protocol in accordance with DL/T645-1997 Ministry of Electric Power protocol):
The communication interface is used for meter reading and parameter setting in two ways:
(1) Far infrared interface
(2) RS-485 read interface (communication frequency optional)
9. Event recording function: The electric energy meter can record the occurrence frequency and the last 5 occurrence times of the following 9 events: clear the maximum demand. Set time slot rate: Check the clock. Set power limit, set voltage conversion ratio, set current conversion ratio, record voltage loss and overload.
