1. The bridge frame should be calibrated horizontally, and the half bridge frame columns should be calibrated vertically. The anchor bolts and connecting parts should be sturdy and reliable.

　　2. Place the shock absorber seat flat on the designated position of the bridge, align it horizontally, and connect and fix it to the bridge.

　　3. The deceleration motor is installed on the shock absorber seat and connected and fixed.

　　4. Connect and tighten the impeller and mixing shaft flange with bolts.

　　5. Place the impeller and mixing shaft into the pool, connect and tighten the mixing shaft to the output shaft of the reducer. When there is water, the shaft and impeller should be connected and placed in the water first, and then the shaft should be connected to the reducer.

　　6. After the installation of the mixer, the mixing shaft must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The vertical deviation is less than 1/1000.

　　7. After installation, remove the motor tail cover and manually transport the fan blades to check if the mixer is moving smoothly and normally. The swing deviation of the mixing shaft should be less than 3/1000.

　　8. After connecting the power supply, jog and observe the direction of the mixing shaft's movement. When viewed from top to bottom, the correct direction of movement is counterclockwise rotation. If the opposite is true, switch the wiring positions of any two power supplies.

　　9. The installation of electrical equipment must be operated in accordance with relevant national regulations and safety procedures.

　　1. After a short period of time on the shore, observe the direction of impeller movement. When viewed from top to bottom, the correct direction of movement is counterclockwise rotation. If the opposite is true, switch the wiring positions of any two power supplies.

　　2. Separate and fix the motor cable from the sling, and never tie the cable steel rope together. To prevent steel ropes and cables from getting caught up in the impeller.

　　3. Lift the double curved surface with a crane and slowly place it in the designated position in the pool, being careful not to hit the pool wall.

　　4. Secure one end of the fixed rope to the shore and connect the cable to the electrical control cabinet.

Running

After the installation of the equipment is completed, a trial run must be conducted. Before trial operation, approximately the capacity of the pool must be injected into the pool70% water, do not operate the equipment without water to avoid uneven force and bending of the mixing shaft. Pay attention to checking after trial operation:

　　1. Check for any abnormal noise or temperature rise in the deceleration motor.

　　2. Is the motor current within the rated range (overcurrent is normal for a short period of time during startup)

　　3. The swinging situation of the mixing shaft.

　　4. Is there any debris in the pool.

In any of the above situations where abnormal phenomena occur, the cause must be identified and corrected before use.

Maintenance and upkeep

　　1. After the new machine starts running for 200-300 hours, it is necessary to replace the lubricating oil of the gearbox and clean the internal oil stains. In the future, it can be replaced once every six months to one year; For detailed information on the use of the deceleration motor, please refer to the manufacturer's user and maintenance manual.

　　2. Regularly check whether the locking nut and connecting bolts of the mixing shaft are loose.

　　3. Regularly check the swing of the mixing shaft and promptly remove any entanglement on the impeller and shaft.

　　4. Regularly inspect the transport components for any abnormal sounds and temperature rise.

　　5. Regularly check for any abnormal changes in current.

　　6. Before restarting the equipment after a long period of inactivity, the insulation of the motor should be checked to prevent the accumulation of sediment for a long time, which may cause difficulty in starting and damage the motor and impeller.
