overview
This processor utilizes the shallow pool theory of natural sedimentation of dispersed particles in water, and draws on the advantages and disadvantages of various types of inclined tube and inclined plate sedimentation tanks in practical applications at home and abroad. It can be widely used in wastewater and sewage treatment in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical engineering, and municipal engineering. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, small footprint, low investment, stable operation, and reliability. The all steel structure design is easy to construct and install. In addition, its unique gravity sludge discharge design reduces the need for specialized sludge discharge equipment such as screw conveyors and mud pumps, enhancing the stability of the system. The inclined pipe sewage treatment plant can be divided into two series: countercurrent (NCD-I) and mixed flow (i.e. same direction flow+reverse flow) (CYCD-II). The large treatment capacity of a single plant is 150 m ³/h, and the small treatment capacity is 50 m ³/h. The suspended solids content in the treated wastewater is less than 100mg/l, making it an ideal water treatment equipment.
