Product details

Impact gas absorption bottle (tube)

There are two specifications of impact gas absorption bottles (tubes): small impact gas absorption tubes and large impact gas absorption bottles. They are suitable for collecting aerosol substances because the inlet pipe nozzle of the absorption bottle has a small aperture and is very close to the bottom of the bottle. When the collected gas is quickly sprayed from the nozzle and rushes towards the bottom of the tube, the aerosol particles are dispersed at the bottom of the tube due to inertia and are easily absorbed by the absorption liquid. Impact absorption tubes are not suitable for collecting gaseous and vapor substances because gas molecules have low inertia and are easily carried away by air during rapid pumping.

Performance requirements:

The interface between the inner and outer pipes should be a standard grinding mouth, and the inner and outer pipes should be perpendicular to the bottom of the outer pipe. The inner diameter of the outlet is1.0mm ± 0.1mm, the distance between the pipe tip and the outer pipe bottom should be 5.0mm ± 0.1mm, and the fixed small protrusion should be firm. Fill 5mL of water into a 10mL impact absorption bottle (tube), seal the inlet of the inner tube, and connect the outlet of the outer tube withAir samplerWhen extracting air at a flow rate of 1L/min, there should be no bubbles in the absorption tube, and the flow meter of the air sampler should not indicate the flow rate. Refer to Figure 2.2.

GB/T 17061-1997 Technical Specification for Workplace Air Sampling Instruments

When used for environmental monitoring, its performance specifications should comply with the fourth edition of the "Air and Waste Gas Monitoring and Analysis Methods"(P44), Refer to Figure 2.3.

Common specifications:5mL, 10mL, 25mL, 50mL, 75mL, 125mL, 250mL, etc.
