ImatestIT - Camera Image Quality Analysis Software - Camera Testing Software is an industrial testing software specifically designed for detecting image quality, which can be used in conjunction with Imatest Master software. Allow the integration of key Imatest main modules as software components into automated testing equipment or systems, enabling rapid testing of products on the production line while maintaining quality standards. It ensures consistent test results throughout the entire manufacturing process, ensures that production results meet product design requirements, and identifies potential quality issues early on to prevent further losses. Although Imatest IT can run independently, we strongly recommend that users install Imatest Master software at the same time to support the process of defining execution parameters and default settings.

Imtest IT includes an application programming interface (API) that covers four different types of interfaces: C/ C++ DLL、 Command line EXE, Python modules, and NET DLL。 Each interface has the same functionality as the corresponding module in Imatest Master, but they can run automatically without user intervention and are suitable for use in fully automated systems.

Pass/fail setting: Define the required quality level for the camera.
SFRplus chart analysis: complete sharpness non-uniformity chart.
The NET interface is used for: NET architecture 4.5 and higher versions, including C # and Visual Basic sample code, as well as a fully mature automatic image acquisition and testing sample application.
5. Python Interface: Used for Python 2.7 and higher versions
Uniform field testing: detects defects and defective pixels on the sensor, and measures color and illumination non-uniformity.
Calibration signal processing: To calibrate the uniqueness of each camera, color and illumination uniformity detection results are used on each module.
Only 3 test images are used: camera QA detection is achieved by combining SFRplus, light flat field, and dark flat field to maximize efficiency.
