1、 Overview:

The IMD type fluoroplastic magnetic pump is a high-power and high head fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump. The appearance and installation dimensions of the pump are designed and manufactured according to ISO international standards. All specifications are motor direct coupled, supported by a middle bracket, with a compact structure and easy disassembly. The main components are made of steel lining F46. The pump body has high strength and uses high-performance magnetic material "neodymium iron boron" as the inner and outer magnets. The isolation sleeve is made of imported non-metallic materials, which greatly reduces magnetic eddy current loss and can transport highly corrosive media with high concentration and density of 1.9t/m3. The driving form is magnetic indirect non-contact driving, and the internal and external magnets are completely isolated by isolation sleeves, so that the pump chamber is in a closed state, thereby preventing dripping and polluting the use site. It is particularly suitable for transporting strong acid, strong alkaline, strong oxidizing, flammable, explosive, toxic, and volatile media. Cancelling the shaft seal and utilizing magnetic coupling for indirect driving eliminates the trouble of dripping and does not pollute the usage site. Due to the use of "fluoroplastic alloy" for the overcurrent part of the pump. It can continuously transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and strong oxidants of any concentration without damage.

4、 Purpose:

5、 Operating principle:

The driving device adopts an active magnetic coupling directly installed on the motor shaft, and the pump chamber is completely enclosed. The impeller on the rotor combination is indirectly driven to rotate through magnetic coupling.

6、 Pump body structure:

The part of the pump that comes into contact with the liquid is made of fluoroplastic, but the casing is made of metal material, so the pump body is sufficient to withstand the weight of the pipeline and mechanical impact.
