Basic principles
1. Hydrolysis tank is a new type of anaerobic reactor that integrates physical sedimentation, adsorption, and biodegradation functions, replacing the primary sedimentation tank. It can also convert difficult to degrade large molecule organic matter in sewage into small molecule organic matter, improving the biodegradability of sewage and reducing the time and energy consumption required for subsequent aerobic treatment.
2. The anoxic/aerobic biological reaction tank controls the dissolved oxygen level in each tank, alternately circulating to form anoxic/aerobic biological reactions without the need for mixed liquid reflux equipment. On the basis of fully removing organic matter, it achieves the purpose of phosphorus and nitrogen removal. Nitrogen removal: Through digestion (aerobic reaction), ammonia nitrogen is oxidized into nitrate; After denitrification (anaerobic reaction), nitrate is reduced to nitrogen gas, which is not easily dissolved and escapes into the atmosphere, degrading and removing ammonia nitrogen and organic nitrogen from the sewage, thus purifying the sewage. Phosphorus removal: Under anaerobic conditions, the energy substance ATP (adenosine triphosphate) is converted into ADP (adenosine diphosphate) by polyphosphate accumulating bacteria in activated sludge to obtain energy and release phosphorus (in the form of phosphate). Absorb low molecular weight organic matter and convert it into PHB, while under aerobic conditions, polyphosphate bacteria metabolize PHB, releasing energy and being able to absorb excess phosphorus beyond their physiological needs. The phosphorus is then stored in the bacterial body in a polymerized form, forming phosphorus rich sludge, which is discharged outside the system through the remaining sludge, achieving the effect of phosphorus removal from wastewater.
