1、 Main purpose
The horizontal anchor rod tensile testing machine adopts a horizontal frame structure, with a single output rod and double acting piston cylinder applying test force. The computer control system controls the servo motor and other components to achieve automatic control of the test process. The test data is accurately collected by the load sensor and transmitted to the computer, and the control system automatically analyzes, processes and stores the test results. The required test report can be directly printed through a printer. This testing machine is specialized for tensile testing of prestressed anchor rods and other specimens. 2、 Host system

It mainly consists of the main frame (including the oil cylinder seat, left and right frames, rear sealing plate, feet, etc.), oil cylinder, front moving crossbeam, front clamp seat, rear clamp seat, load sensor and other components. The area between the front clamp seat and the rear clamp seat is the tensile working area, which can conduct a maximum load of 3000KN tensile test.
Force frameframe
The front clamp seat is connected to the front moving crossbeam through a pull rod, forming a force applying frame, and the oil cylinder seat is connected to the rear clamp seat through the main frame to form a force receiving frame. The area between the front and rear clamp seats is the testing zone, and the attachments installed on the two clamp seats are respectively connected to the two ends of the sample. The single rod double acting low friction piston cylinder drives the force application frame to move under the action of hydraulic pressure, and the front and rear clamp seats move relative to each other, thereby applying the test force to the specimen.
The front crossbeam and front clamp seat are supported on the guide rail by guide wheels and can be driven by a hydraulic system to move forward and backward along the guide rail. The movement speed is controlled by the servo valve of the hydraulic system, and the limit position of the movement is controlled by a limit switch.

Adopting a spoke type load sensor, this sensor has good resistance to lateral forces and accurate force measurement. The load sensor is installed on the front crossbeam and connected to the piston through a ball head ball seat mechanism, effectively eliminating the influence of lateral force on the piston.
The equipment is equipped with an automatic feeding and unloading system. The anchor rod is placed on the feeding rack, and the mechanical arm rises to remove the anchor rod from the rack. The rack is moved away, and the mechanical arm falls back to install the sample in the fixture. The cylinder of the dial gauge seat works, and the cylinder is installed in place to start the test. After the test is completed, the dial gauge is removed, and the mechanical arm rises to lift the anchor rod. The rack is moved in, and the mechanical arm falls back to place the anchor rod in the waste rack. The mechanical arm rises again to remove the second anchor rod for the next test.
