1、 Overview

The high-strength bolt test fixture is carefully designed and manufactured by our company based on the relevant national standard GB/T3098.1-2000, using special materials. Through different combinations, it can be used for bolt wedge load test, ordinary tensile test, bolt minimum tensile load test, and nut load test. This fixture can be clamped into the jaws of the universal testing machine through connecting rods, allowing for various tensile tests. Ordinary hydraulic universal testing machines do not require the addition or modification of other devices.

2、 Main technical indicators:

1Maximum tensile force of wedge load test: 696kN (M30-10.9s)

2Minimum tensile load test for bolts: 583kN (M30-10.9s)

3Nut guarantee load test: 583kN (M30-10.9)

4Bolt guarantee load test: 466kN (M30-10.9s)

Note: High strength bolt test fixtures above M30 require special ordering.

3、 Fixture configuration:

1One pair of clamps (including pull rods) (4 pieces in total)

2One flat pad M10, one M12, one M14, one M16, one M18, one M20, one M22, one M24, one M27, one M30 (total of 10 pieces)

3Two tension rings M10, M12, M14, M16, M18, M20, M22, M24, M27, and M30 with internal threads (a total of 20 pieces)

4Wedge load block M10 \ \ M12 \ \ M14 \ \ M16 \ M18 \ \ M20 \ M22 \ \ M24 \ \ M27 \ \ M30, one set each (2 pieces/set, a total of 20 pieces). M20 and below are 10o and 6o, while M22 (including M22) and above are 4o and 6o

5Nut Test Core Rod M10, M12, M14, M16, M18, M20, M22, M24, M27, and M30 (10 pieces in total)

(Additionally, one M33 tension wire ring will be delivered, with a total of 65 complete fixtures.)
