High shear emulsification tank

Overview: This machine has a compact structure, small size, light weight, easy operation, low noise, and smooth operation. Its major feature is that it does not grind materials during production, and integrates high-speed shearing, mixing, dispersion, and homogenization. The shearing machine head adopts a claw type, bidirectional suction structure, which avoids blind spots and vortex phenomena caused by difficult suction of upper materials. The high-speed rotating rotor generates strong shear force, resulting in higher shear rate and stronger shear force. Under the centrifugal force generated by the rotor, the material is thrown radially into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor, while being subjected to centrifugal compression, impact, and other forces, allowing the material to be fully dispersed, mixed, and emulsified.

Note: If used in a vacuum state or on a pressurized container, the cutting machine motor support needs to be equipped with corresponding mechanical sealing devices separately.

Note:If it used under a vacuum or pressure vessel,the motor bearings of shearing machine need to be configured with the corresponding mechanical seal (Pictures for reference only.).
