System Description and Working Principle

The high-pressure micro fog humidification and cooling system is achieved by utilizing the principle of water molecule evaporation to absorb environmental heat. When the water vapor content in the air does not reach saturation, the water molecules on the surface of fine droplets quickly evaporate, and the droplets quickly vaporize into water vapor while absorbing heat! During this process, the humidity of the air will increase and the temperature will decrease.

Usually, for every 1 gram of water evaporated, the temperature of 1 kilogram of dry air can be reduced by 2.46 ℃. The lower the relative humidity of the air, the higher the temperature, and the greater the cooling amplitude; On the contrary, the higher the relative humidity of the air, the lower the temperature, and the smaller the cooling amplitude. When the relative humidity of the air reaches over 95% and the temperature is at 25 ℃, the cooling effect is not significant.

Product features:

  • High pressure pump station (high-pressure micro fog host)
    a) The high-pressure micro fog host includes equipment casing, base, high-pressure plunger pump, motor, water shortage protection device, pressure regulating valve, pressure sensor, pressure distribution box, pressure gauge, high-pressure pipeline fittings, and electrical parts.
    b) The host casing is made of stainless steel material and coated with plastic on the surface.

  • control system
    a) The control system includes high-pressure drain valves, humidity sensors, humidity controllers, measurement and control electrical control boxes, cable signal lines, and cable trays;
    b) The humidity sensor senses the humidity in the air to control the opening and closing of the high-pressure solenoid valve. When the humidity reaches the required level and the high-pressure solenoid valve closes, the high-pressure drain valve will immediately open to discharge the remaining water in the pipeline, preventing bacterial growth.

  • Spraying Systems
    a) Using imported 1 # nozzle. The nozzle liner is made of stainless steel, and 0.13mm micropores are accurately formed by turning head, ensuring high-quality spray effect. The flow rate of a single nozzle is 2.76Kg/h.
    b) The high-pressure water delivery pipe adopts seamless copper pipes with a diameter of 8 × 1, with a pressure resistance greater than 10Mpa, to ensure the need for dispersed installation of humidifier nozzles and the safe operation of the system. The copper pipe joints are connected by card sleeves.

  • Water treatment system

  1. The humidification system is equipped with a 3-stage ultrafiltration fine filter with a filtration accuracy of 5 microns, and the filtration method is fine three-layer permeation filtration to prevent system blockage; In order to prevent possible "white powder" pollution and nozzle blockage caused by high water hardness, a water softener is installed at the water source to centrally treat and supply soft water to the humidifier host.
