Wireless acceleration sensor nodes are simple and convenient to use, saving manpower and material resources consumed during testing due to repeated deployment of wired data acquisition devices. They are widely used for vibration acceleration data acquisition and online monitoring of industrial equipment. The system node has a compact structure and small size, consisting of a power module, an acquisition and processing module, and a wireless transceiver module. It is equipped with an acceleration sensor and packaged in a PPS plastic shell.
The maximum sampling rate for each node can be set to 4KHz, and each channel is equipped with an anti aliasing low-pass filter. The collected data can be transmitted wirelessly to the computer in real-time or stored in the built-in 2M data storage of the node, ensuring the accuracy of the collected data. The effective outdoor communication distance can reach 300 meters. The node is designed with dedicated power management software and hardware, with a power consumption of only 30mA in real-time uninterrupted transmission. It uses a built-in rechargeable battery and can measure continuously for 12 hours. Support solar power supply.
