The laser cladding machine produced by our company adopts a precision CNC platform and advanced CNC machining system, which, when combined with a robotic arm, can achieve six axis linkage and repeat positioning accuracy of up to 0.01mm.

It can melt various metal materials, and the hardness of the melted layer can reach HRC15-HRC65 (adjustable according to specific requirements). It can repair various imported and domestic mechanical equipment parts, including wear, corrosion, breakage, cracking, scratches, dents, processing deviations, casting defects, leaks, etc. By modifying the surfaces of various imported and domestically produced mechanical parts with nickel based, cobalt based, copper based, ceramic powder, and tungsten carbide powder, they are endowed with properties such as wear reduction, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance.

The cladding processing machine can be customized according to customer requirements. Our product has an advanced coaxial powder feeder that can adjust the powder feeding size according to the actual processing requirements.

Laser cladding technology is a new surface modification technique that has the following advantages compared to traditional spray welding or surfacing processes:

The heat affected zone of the parts is small and the deformation is small, so it is suitable for strengthening or repairing high-precision parts or parts with strict deformation requirements, such as surface strengthening treatment of precision rolling mills.

(2) The dilution rate of laser cladding layer is low. And it can be precisely controlled. The composition and properties of the cladding layer mainly depend on the composition of the cladding material. Therefore, various high-performance materials can be used to modify the surface of the substrate, especially laser cladding technology can be used to repair some workpieces that cannot be achieved by conventional welding processes, such as turbine engine blades Turbine shaft neck, etc.

(3) The laser cladding layer has a dense structure and few microscopic defects. The cladding layer is metallurgically bonded to the substrate, and has high strength. Therefore, it can be used for surface strengthening and repair of parts under heavy load conditions, such as large rolling mills, large gears, large crankshafts, etc.

(4) The size and position of the laser cladding layer can be precisely controlled, and a specialized light guide system can be designed to perform laser processing on deep holes, inner holes, concave holes, blind holes, and other parts. Some special light guide systems such as broadband scanning systems can be used to make the width of a single laser cladding layer reach 4mm, and the maximum thickness of each cladding can reach 1.5mm or more. Through multi pass overlapping, large-area and thick laser cladding can be achieved on the surface of the workpiece, meeting the requirements of laser surface strengthening and repair of typical vulnerable parts such as rollers with different shapes and sizes.
