Equipment composition
The high-energy hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of a casing, an electric motor, a fixed cone, a moving cone, a hydraulic device, a lubrication system, a hydraulic coupling, a regulating system, a control system, and a protective device.
Working principle
The dynamic cone of the high-energy hydraulic cone crusher performs a swinging motion under the action of the eccentric sleeve, driving the material between the crushing wall and the rolling mill wall to be squeezed and rolled. According to the laminating theory, the material is subjected to multiple directional forces, crushed and polished according to its own texture, and finally forms stable stone particles. Those that meet the discharge requirements fall from the swinging gap of the crushing wall, while the remaining materials continue to be crushed until they meet the final requirements.
