Product details
The AVVOR 8000 heavy metal monitoring instrument has a wide range of applications and can measure heavy metals in water bodies and solid substances; AVVOR 9000 testing is flexible and allows for multiple combinations of identical or different modules; The HM1000 heavy metal monitoring instrument can measure eight common heavy metals in various water bodies, namely arsenic, cadmium, copper, mercury, and lead

1、 AVVOR 8000 portable heavy metal monitoring instrument
Measurable metals include copper (Cu), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), nickel (Ni), mercury (Hg), arsenic (As), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), antimony (Sb), thallium (Tl), selenium (Se), cobalt (Co), molybdenum (Mo), gold (Au), silver (Ag), chromium (Cr), palladium (Pb), tin (Sn)

Product Features
The detection time only takes a few tens of seconds, and the preparation time before detection only takes a few minutes;
Low cost, minimal consumables, and easy operation; If the laboratory conditions are good, some consumables can be self-made.
Multiple sampling point testing can be achieved: By comparing data from multiple sampling points, on-site testing can be more accurate and processing costs can be reduced.

AVVOR 8000 Heavy Metal Monitoring Instrument
application area
Laboratory: Connected to computers or laptops, equipped with specialized software to control the testing process, resulting in higher testing accuracy.
Field site: Rechargeable batteries ensure power supply, and monitoring data can be directly displayed on the LCD screen;
Liquid detection: The operation is very convenient, and personnel can avoid contact with toxic substances such as mercury when using it;
Solid state detection: It is necessary to extract heavy metal ions from the sample to be tested first, which takes about 10 minutes.

2、 HM 1000 heavy metal monitoring instrument
A device that can test most commonly present toxic heavy metals, with measurements up to PPb level. It is easy to operate, does not require reagents, and has simple pre-treatment, making it suitable for on-site use. The HM1000 heavy metal monitoring instrument is suitable for both developing and developing countries. Compared with similar instruments on the current market, its advantages are accurate measurement, high portability, and cost advantage.
Collaborating with the University of Liverpool to develop a simple and effective method for on-site measurement of environmental pollutants. It can measure eight common heavy metals in various water bodies, namely arsenic, cadmium, copper, mercury, and lead. At the same time, the design of the instrument allows for the measurement of more metal elements without the need to upgrade the instrument.

3、 AVVOR 9000 online heavy metal monitoring instrument
Measurable copper (Cu), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), cadmium (Cd), manganese (Mn), antimony (Sb), thallium (Tl), iron (Fe), nickel (Ni), arsenic (As), mercury (Hg), selenium (Se), cobalt (Co), molybdenum (Mo), gold (Au), silver (Ag), chromium (Cr), hexavalent chromium, tin (Sn), palladium (Pd), uranium (U)

measuring principle
The AVVOR 9000 heavy metal monitoring instrument adopts internationally recognized "voltammetry" technology. Firstly, the analytical solution is subjected to pre electrolysis under certain conditions to enrich the metal to be tested on the working electrode. Then, the solution is allowed to precipitate for a period of time, and an electric potential is applied to precipitate the metal to be tested enriched on the working electrode. The concentration of metal ions in the solution is calculated based on the current change and the corresponding electric potential of the metal during the entire process.
Instrument advantages
Modular construction greatly reduces costs;
Allow multiple module combinations, both identical and different module combinations;
A set of instruments can accommodate up to 2 testing modules;
Wired and wireless communication options are available;
Simple single channel operation;
Capable of measuring multiple metal parameters;

Testing Metal
According to different measurement parameters, different materials of working electrodes can be selected to achieve measurement. Working electrodes can be divided into: gold electrode, mercury plated electrode, bismuth plated electrode, and bare carbon electrode according to their materials;
Each testing module can be equipped with a working electrode, which can simultaneously measure up to 5 heavy metal parameters;
Each AVVOR 9000 heavy metal monitoring instrument can be equipped with up to two testing modules according to user needs.
Test Module 1 As, Hg,Se
Test module 2 Zn, Cd,Pb,Cu,Mn,Sb,Sb3+,Tl,Fe,Ni,Sn
Test module 3 Cr, Ni,Co,Mo
Test module 4 Au, Ag,Cr,Cr6+,Pd
