Working principle of vertical sand making machine
The block shaped ore falls into the upper crushing chamber from the feeding hopper onto the upper throwing tray. With the centrifugal force of the throwing tray, the material is thrown towards the inner wall of the cylinder and violently collides with the impact plate installed on the inner wall. At the same time, the materials collide with each other, causing them to break or produce a large number of hair cracks. Then, after entering the rotor chamber, the material falls in a spiral shape in space, and through stamping and compression, the already cracked ore is further crushed. Due to the slope between the rotor and the lining plate, smaller materials are encouraged to migrate downward, achieving automatic graded crushing from large to small. The material is hit by the hammer in the rotor cavity, and the high-speed running block material collides with the counterattack plate again. The material flow collides with each other, causing the material to be crushed through impact, shearing, and squeezing, thereby improving the crushing efficiency.
