Our company produces electric heat tracing magnetic flap level gauges, anti frost type magnetic flap gauges, and jacket type level gauges, which are suitable for various environments such as low temperature to high temperature, vacuum to high pressure, etc. They are ideal level measurement products for industrial sectors such as petroleum and chemical industry. According to the different installation positions in the container, two forms are provided: side mounted and top mounted. According to different working media, three materials are provided: stainless steel, ABS, and PP-R engineering plastics. Among them, ABS and PP-R materials are suitable for corrosive media such as acid and alkali. Features: Float as measuring element, magnetic steel driven flip column display, no energy required. Equipped with upper and lower limit switch outputs, it can achieve remote alarm and limit control. Equipped with a transmitter, remote liquid level indication, detection, and control can be achieved. Type selection:
Steam jacket and water circulation jacket: It is to add a layer of cylinder outside the main tube of the liquid level gauge for the circulation of steam, circulating water or thermal oil;
Vacuum jacket: It is a layer of vacuum cylinder added outside the main tube of the liquid level gauge to insulate the measured medium from the outside;
Electric tracing: It is to wrap an electric tracing coil around the main tube of the liquid level gauge and apply electricity to heat the medium;
Users can use remote transmitters according to engineering needs, which can achieve local digital display and output standard remote transmission electrical signals of 4-20mA to meet the needs of recording instruments or industrial process control. It can also be used in conjunction with magnetic control switches or proximity switches to monitor liquid level alarms or control inlet and outlet equipment.
