RY type heat transfer oil pump - structural characteristics

The RY type hot oil pump (thermal oil pump) is the second generation product developed by our unit based on the digestion and absorption of foreign oil pumps. The basic structural form is a single-stage single suction cantilever foot support structure,pumpThe inlet is for axial suction, and the outlet is vertically upward from the center, installed on the base together with the motor.
RY typehot oil pumpThe support of the heat transfer oil pump adopts a double ended ball bearing structure, with lubricating oil lubrication at the front end and grease lubrication at the rear end. There is a guide oil pipe in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover the heat transfer oil at any time. Adopting a self heating heat dissipation structure, it changes the traditional water cooling structure, making the structure simple, small in size, saving operating costs, good in performance, and reliable in use.
The RY type hot oil pump (heat transfer oil pump) adopts a combination of packing seal and mechanical seal. The packing seal uses highly resistant packing with good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal uses hard alloy material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance to ensure sealing performance under high temperature conditions.
(2) The use of third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as a lip seal has led to a significant improvement in sealing performance, making it more reliable than rubber seals. It is 25 times more effective and has extremely strong corrosion resistance.

Installation and use of RY type hot oil pump (thermal oil pump)
The quality of pump installation has a significant impact on the smooth operation and service life of the pump, so installation work must be carried out carefully and not hastily.
2.water pumpThe installation height, length, and diameter of the suction pipe should meet the calculated values, striving for simplicity and reducing unnecessary losses (such as bends).
3. The suction and discharge pipelines should have pipe racks, and the pump is not allowed to bear the load of the pipelines.
4. The installation location should be spacious enough to facilitate maintenance work and good heat dissipation.
5. Installation sequence:
(1) Place the unit on a foundation with embedded anchor bolts, and place a pair of pads between the base and the foundation for reference.
(2) Loosen the coupling and place a spirit level on the pump shaft and base respectively. Adjust the wedge pad to make the unit level. After aligning, tighten the anchor bolts appropriately to prevent movement.
(3) Pour concrete into the base and anchor bolt holes.
(4) After the concrete has dried and solidified, check whether there are any defects or looseness in the base and anchor bolts. After passing the inspection, tighten the anchor bolts and recheck the levelness of the pump.
(5) Correct the coaxiality of the pump shaft and motor shaft. The deviation on the outer circle of the coupling is allowed to be 0.1 millimeters, and the gap between the two coupling planes should be ensured to be 2-3 millimeters. The maximum and minimum gap difference around the end faces of the two couplings should not exceed 0.3 millimeters.
(6) After connecting the pipeline and determining the direction of rotation of the prime mover, connect the coupling again and verify the coaxiality of the circle.
(7) After 3-4 hours of actual trial operation of the unit, a final inspection shall be conducted. If there are no adverse phenomena, the installation is considered qualified.
(8) To prevent debris from falling into the machine during installation, all holes in the unit should be covered.
(9) When cleaning the inlet and outlet pipelines before starting the pump, a filter should be added to the inlet section of the pump to prevent debris from entering the pump.
Disassembly and assembly of RY type hot oil pump (thermal oil pump)
1.pumpThe disassembly sequence
(1) Drain the liquid from the pump and the lubricating oil from the bearing bracket.
(2) Tighten the fixing bolts of the motor, move the motor away from the base, and remove the two halves of the coupling.
(3) Remove the pump cover connection, loosen the bearing seat bracket bolts, and extract the pump cover along with the bearing bracket and rotor part from the pump body.
(4) Unscrew the impeller nut and remove the impeller.
(5) Unscrew the pump cover and bearing seat bolts, and remove the pump cover.
(6) Unscrew the bolt on the right end bearing cover and remove the bearing cover.
(7) Remove the bearing retaining ring.
(8) Press the pump shaft out of the bearing seat.
(9) Press out the bearing on the pump shaft and remove the mechanical seal moving ring and "0" ring spring (without damage, no need to remove).
(10) Press out the static ring "0" in the bearing seat.
2. Pump assembly
The assembly sequence of the pump can be carried out in the reverse order of disassembly. When disassembling and reassembling, it is necessary to check whether the mechanical seals and various parts have failed. If there is any failure or damage, it is necessary to replace them with new spare parts. When installing, be careful not to knock them to avoid damaging the parts.
