Induction heating sealing is applied to non-metallic bottles such as plastic and glass. Products sealed by induction heating have significant improvements in product grade, moisture prevention, extended shelf life, enhanced anti-counterfeiting, sealing speed, and sealing quality. It has been widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, beverages, oils, cosmetics, and has become a sealing device.

Working principle

This machine adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction heating. Through non-contact induction heating, the induction film instantly generates heat and melts, firmly adhering to the bottle mouth to achieve the purpose of sealing and sealing.

Note: This machine is invalid for composite films without aluminum foil and composite films with vacuum aluminum plating.
