HYV indoor communication cable

HYV is a copper core solid polyolefin insulated polyvinyl chloride (PVC) flame-retardant sheathed indoor communication cable. The structure consists of copper core wires twisted into wire pairs through insulation, which are then twisted into cable cores. The cable is made of a water-resistant polyester film moisture-proof layer and a polyethylene sheath. Mainly used for transmitting audio, analog signals up to 150kHz, and digital signals up to 2048kbit/s. Under certain conditions, it can also be used to transmit digital signals above 2048 kbit/s.

Wire: Annealed bare copper wire with a diameter of 0.40/0.50mm.
Insulation material: high-density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene or polypropylene, and the color of the insulation wire meets the full chromatographic standard.
Insulated wire pair: Two insulated wires of different colors are twisted into pairs at different pitches, and a specified chromatographic combination is used.
Cable core structure: Based on 25 pairs as the basic unit, cables with more than 25 pairs are combined by unit, and each unit is wrapped with a designated chromatographic cable tie for identification. 100 pairs or more of cables are equipped with 1% reserve wire pairs, but most do not exceed 6 pairs.
Cable core wrapping tape: The cable core is wrapped with polyester film tape.
Shielding: Use a 0.2mm thick double-sided coated aluminum strip with embossed (or non embossed) longitudinal wrapping outside the cable core wrapping tape, and bond at the overlap.
Sheath:Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) flame retardant sheath, marked with the color of the insulated wire according to international chromatography.
Identification and length marking: The cable surface has long-term identification marks with an interval of no more than 1m. The marking content includes: wire diameter, number of wire pairs, cable model, manufacturer's name and code, and manufacturing year. The length mark is marked on the outer surface with an interval of no more than 1m.
