Product Introduction
The HYL and HYLZ series are two series of HYLZ stainless steel corrosion-resistant self-priming centrifugal pumps developed by our company. Some of the impellers of the pumps adopt a semi open structure, while others adopt a closed structure. In addition, there are two types of connection between the pump and the motor: direct connection and bearing bracket connection. All pump shaft seals use the current advanced reverse leopard cantilever technology mechanical seals in West Germany. Due to the excellent structure, performance, and shape of our company's products, as well as the use of high-quality stainless steel materials for flow components and connecting frames. Therefore, the stainless steel corrosion-resistant pump series products have a series of advantages such as reliable corrosion resistance, easy use and maintenance, compact structure, low energy consumption, and good sealing performance.
Product Usage
The HYL and HYLZ series pumps can transport liquids with temperatures not exceeding 120 ℃ (direct coupled) or 150 ℃ (with bearing brackets), containing (or not containing) small soft particles or fibrous materials, corrosive or hygienic requirements. The HYLZ series pumps also have self-priming performance and are widely used in industries such as food, beverage, medicine, sewage treatment, chemical, electroplating, dyeing, and fine chemicals.
Select materials
1. Overcurrent parts and fittings: lCrl8Ni9Ti stainless steel.
2. Mechanical seal: Static ring: Ceramic (SiC). Dynamic ring: graphite impregnated furan resin.
3. Rubber structural components: Fluororubber. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.
4. If the conveying medium or usage conditions do not match the material of the water pump configuration, other materials can be discussed separately. If the overcurrent parts are equipped with 304, the shaft seal can be equipped with polytetrafluoroethylene or other types of dynamic and static rings.
Terms of Use
1. The overcurrent liquid temperature of a direct coupled pump shall not exceed 120 ℃, and the overcurrent liquid temperature of a bearing bracket pump shall not exceed 150 ℃.
2. Due to the lack of materials suitable for any medium, concentration, or temperature, the corrosiveness and usage conditions of the medium transported by the user should not exceed the applicable range of the pump material. 3. The technical data presented in this product are measured using room temperature clean water as the medium. If the conveying medium is not room temperature clean water, the performance of the water pump will change. Users are advised to make appropriate adjustments.

Instructions for Use
1. The connection of the conveying pipeline of the pump device, especially the connection of the input pipeline, must be reliably connected and well sealed.
2. If the installation is higher than the suction liquid level, a bottom valve should be installed at the inlet of the suction pipe. The self-priming pump does not need to install a bottom valve in the suction pipe within the self-priming range.
3. When the conveyed liquid is mixed with hard objects such as bamboo, wood, stone, metal, etc. that are too large or too long in volume, a filter screen must be installed at the inlet of the suction pipe to prevent the above-mentioned objects from being sucked into the pump and causing the impeller to get stuck and damage the motor or water pump parts.
4. The water pump device should generally have overload and short circuit protection devices, such as fuses and overcurrent relays, and should be positioned according to the current protection K device on the motor nameplate.
use
1. Before starting, the pump chamber should be filled with liquid first, and it is strictly prohibited to start due to insufficient liquid in the pump chamber.
2. Before use, it is necessary to confirm that the motor direction is correct. The correct direction for a semi open impeller structure pump is to rotate the motor blades clockwise when viewed from the rear of the motor. For a closed impeller structure pump, the correct direction is to rotate the motor blades counterclockwise when viewed from the rear of the motor. It is advisable to start the experiment with a jog.
3. Before use, the bearing bracket type water pump should be lubricated with No. 30 lubricating oil, and the oil level should be kept below the centerline of the oil mirror, with only visible oil above. It is strictly prohibited to lack oil or damage the bearings.
4. Attention should be paid to checking the condition of the shaft seal. If serious leakage is found, the machine should be stopped for repair to avoid liquid infiltration into the motor cavity and damage to the motor.
