The ultra-low frequency generator is actually an alternative method for power frequency withstand voltage testing. When conducting power frequency withstand voltage tests on large generators, cables, and other test samples, it can replace large capacity resonant transformers. Huayi Power's ultra-low frequency high voltage generator is integrated with modern digital frequency conversion advanced technology, using microcomputer control for fully automated boosting, lowering, measurement, and protection. Due to full electronicization, it has a small size, light weight, large screen LCD display, clear and intuitive display, and can display output waveforms and print test reports. The design specifications fully comply with the power industry standards of "General Technical Conditions for Special Test Instruments for Power Equipment, Part 4: General Technical Conditions for Ultra Low Frequency High Voltage Generators", and are very convenient to use.

The ultra-low frequency high-voltage generator is a high-voltage testing device used for conducting ultra-low frequency AC withstand voltage tests. This device is suitable for power departments and industrial and mining enterprises to conduct insulation withstand voltage tests on polyethylene, cross-linked polyethylene plastic cables, and other high-voltage electrical equipment on site. This device has less destructive power compared to DC withstand voltage tests and is equivalent to AC power frequency withstand voltage.

From years of theoretical and practical experience both domestically and internationally, it has been proven that using a 0.1Hz ultra-low frequency withstand voltage test instead of a power frequency withstand voltage test can not only achieve the same effect, but also greatly reduce the size and weight of the equipment. In theory, the capacity is about one fifth of the power frequency, and the operation is simple, making it more superior than power frequency tests. That's why developed countries generally adopt this method. The National Development and Reform Commission has formulated the industry standard for the ultra-low frequency (0.1Hz) withstand voltage test method of 35kV and below cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables. Our country is promoting this method, and this instrument has been developed based on this need. It can be widely used for AC withstand voltage testing of cables and large high-voltage rotating motors.
