This method utilizes precision manufacturing technology to produce nozzles that comply with fluid mechanics principles. At the same time, high-pressure water is generated by a high-pressure pump and pressurized to 7MPa, which is then transported to the nozzles through a high-pressure pipeline system to spray fine water mist. The manufacturing of nozzles requires advanced technology. The ultra-high pressure spray cooling equipment makes the ultra-small droplets reach 5-10 microns, thus greatly improving the evaporation efficiency. Therefore, the evaporation capacity of water is greatly increased, absorbing heat in the process of water vaporization, reducing temperature and increasing air relative humidity. Due to the increase in air humidity, harmful dust in the air will be greatly reduced, achieving the effect of purifying the air. During use, there is no water droplet phenomenon, fine atomization, and long range. If used in conjunction with a high flow axial fan, increasing the indoor exhaust volume and air flow velocity can further improve the effectiveness of use.
