Features of HTY-1200WN Wood Air Dry Density Tester:
Mode 1: The basic density of wood is measured using boiling or vacuum saturation methods, directly reading the bulk density, wet density, apparent density, apparent porosity, and water absorption rate.
Mode 2, the wood air dry density test uses the sealing wax method to directly read the bulk density.
Mode 3, select a dedicated specific gravity bottle that can read the bulk density of wood.
Mode 4, for non absorbent wood products, the density and volume of the product can be directly read.

Operation steps of HTY-1200WN wood air dry density tester:
① Put the anti floating frame into the water, then place the small cup on the densitometer measuring table, stabilize it, and press the "Zero" button to deduct the weight.
② Place the sponge sample to be tested into a small cup, stabilize it, and press the "Memory" button to remember the empty weight (the weight of the sample in the air).
③ Place the saturated sponge sample under the anti floating rack, stabilize it, and press the "Memory" button to remember the water weight (the weight of the sample in water).
④ Place the saturated sample to be tested on the measuring table, press the "Memory" button to record the weight after stabilization, and the instrument will immediately display the specific gravity directly. Press the "F" key to display specific gravity, wet density, apparent density, apparent porosity, water absorption, open pore volume, closed pore volume, and total porosity in sequence.
