Working principle

When the HST series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is in operation, the motor drives the equipment transmission shaft to rotate through the pulley and V-belt. The transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the large and small bevel gears. The moving cone rotates through the main shaft under the action of the eccentric sleeve, causing the moving cone and the fixed cone to sometimes approach and sometimes move away from the rolling mill wall. The material is continuously compressed and impacted in the crushing chamber between the rolling mill wall and the crusher, and the crushed material is discharged from the lower part.
