2. Equipment Usage Description

2.1 Used for pre-treatment of liquid and solid samples, and combined with gas chromatography or gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to achieve qualitative and quantitative analysis of trace or constant volatile organic compounds in liquid and solid samples.

3. Main technical indicators

3.1 Standard configuration includes a 45 position sample tray (optional from 45 to 90 positions), a sampling dual three-axis motion platform, and independent bottle picking and needle tying, which improves sample making speed and enhances bottle and furnace expansion capabilities;

3.2 The PC control interface intuitively displays the dynamic diagram of instrument operation, allowing real-time monitoring of instrument operation and the current status of each sample; Editable methods and sequences, capable of running a single method or multiple methods, and can be set to a common language including Chinese;

3.3 The headspace sampler adopts pressure equilibrium time injection technology, with only one metal injection needle in the injection flow path, and no metal components such as the six way valve and quantification ring that are prone to adsorb residual substances;

3.4 The headspace sampler uses a fully enclosed transmission system to transfer the sample to the gas chromatography injection port through a transmission pipeline, with no diffusion during the injection process; No carrier gas dilution;

3.5 Injection volume control mode: Time injection mode and volume injection mode can be switched directly on the touch screen or software. The injection volume can be set through parameter settings without the need to replace the hardware quantification ring, etc;

3.6 The self checking, fault alarm and prompt functions of the startup system, temperature overload protection function, leakage protection function, etc. have increased the safety factor of instrument use;
