The HMC single pulse dust collector is a small bag filter designed by our company after digesting and absorbing similar products and improving them. The dust collector adopts a pulse jet cleaning method. It has the advantages of good dust cleaning effect, high purification efficiency, large processing air volume, long filter bag life, low maintenance workload, and reliable operation. Widely used for dust removal, purification, and material recovery of non fibrous dust and industrial dust in various industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical engineering, and mining.
Working principle of HMC type single machine pulse dust collector:
The air inlet of HMC pulse single machine dust collector is set on the ash hopper. When the dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, it first collides with the baffle of the air inlet. Due to inertia, the coarse particles of dust in the gas directly enter the ash hopper, playing a role in pre collecting dust. The airflow entering the ash hopper then bends upward and passes through the filter bag with a metal skeleton inside. The dust is collected on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the clean room at the upper part of the filter bag chamber, and is collected and discharged through the air outlet pipe. Indoor dust collection bags are divided into several rows, and each row of dust collection bags is cleaned at given time intervals. When the pulse valve is opened, high-pressure air is sprayed into the filter bag to remove the dust on the surface of the filter bag. The pulse blowing width and cleaning cycle of each row of filter bags are automatically and continuously controlled by a dedicated cleaning program controller.
The HMC single machine pulse dust collector has six specifications, each of which can be divided into two types: standard ash hopper type A and open flange type (without ash hopper) B. Its structure mainly consists of a filter chamber, filter bag, clean air chamber, ash hopper, ash discharge valve, pulse jet cleaning device, and electric control box. The box body is all welded. The access door is sealed with foam tape to ensure that the dust collector is tight and air tight.

The dust collector body consists of four parts: shell, filter bag assembly, spray cleaning device, and ash discharge device.
The shell part consists of an upper box, a middle box, an ash hopper, and air inlet and outlet ports.
The filter bag assembly consists of a filter bag, a filter bag frame, etc.
The spray cleaning device consists of an air bag, a spray pipe, a pulse valve, an electromagnetic control valve, an electronic controller, etc.
The ash discharge device consists of a motor, a reducer, a screw conveyor, and a star shaped discharge valve.
Pulse valve type I uses a right angle pulse valve, while type II uses a straight through pulse valve, reducing the resistance of the pulse valve itself and making it an ideal pulse blowing method.
