Basic principle:
Micro flotation technology separates and removes suspended solids and gelatinous substances by adhering the microbubbles generated by physical methods to the fine floating substances and flocs in the treated water, forming a "co aggregation adhesion" that combines intergranular pockets and intermediate bubble bridging adhesion. Combined with chemical flocculation, micro flotation is completed. Realize solid-liquid separation to purify wastewater.

The machine is equipped with an efficient gas dissolution system, with an average diameter of microbubbles below 1 μ m, which is at least 20 times smaller than the current level of 20-50ml at home and abroad. That is, when the gas dissolution volume is equal, the total surface area of microbubbles increases by at least 400 times. In fact, due to the significant increase in gas solubility, the total surface area or bubble density of microbubbles has increased by thousands of times. Research by foreign scholars has shown that when the diameter of microbubbles is less than a certain value, according to statistical mechanics, the impact force of thermal motion of surrounding water molecules will be unbalanced, and the bubbles will participate in partial Brownian motion, which is extremely conducive to the diffusion of oxygen molecules inside the bubbles into the sewage. Therefore, the aeration effect will be much higher than thousands of times.
The machine adopts a special stainless steel mechanism, which achieves unprecedented rectification and current stabilization effects, as well as a special high-efficiency release system, maximizing the elimination of the energy of dissolved gas and water, that is to say, reducing the dissolved gas from the high energy value of deep equilibrium to a low energy value almost close to atmospheric pressure.
The device has a compact structure, miniaturization, and small footprint: for example, it can process 1000-4000m3 of white water from a paper machine daily, with a height of only 5.5 meters and a footprint of 10m2, making it completely installable inside the workshop.
