Working principle
The HGT gyratory crusher is mainly composed of a crossbeam part, upper, middle and lower frame parts, a dynamic cone part, an eccentric sleeve part, a transmission part, and a hydraulic cylinder part. The horizontal shaft is driven by an electric motor to rotate, and the horizontal shaft is driven by gears to rotate the eccentric sleeve. Then, the eccentric sleeve drives the dynamic cone part to make circular oscillations, thereby achieving continuous squeezing and crushing of stones.
By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder located at the bottom of the moving cone, the moving cone can be moved up and down, making it easy to adjust the size of the discharge port and adjust the particle size of the product. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides iron protection function. When an unbreakable object (such as an iron block) enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically make the moving cone fall, thereby releasing the iron block and continuing to crush, protecting the crusher.
