The pipe wall structure consists of three levels: the inner layer is a continuous solid wall inner layer pipe, which is then wrapped between the inner and outer layers of hot-melt polyethylene with spiral steel ribs pressed into an approximate "U" shape by a continuous steel strip. The high strength of the steel and the flexibility, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance of the polyethylene are combined together, which can achieve a ring stiffness level of 16KN/m for the pipe, making up for the limitation that larger diameter plastic buried drainage pipes can only reach SN8.
