We have launched the latest 12mm fermentation fluorescence dissolved oxygen sensor for the fermentation industry, which adopts internationally leading fluorescence lifetime technology, RS-485 output, and supports MODBUS protocol. Compared with traditional polarographic oxygen sensors, it has many technical advantages such as no preheating, no electrolyte, no oxygen consumption, no generation, high accuracy, anti-interference, maintenance free, fast response, and more environmentally friendly. Acid and alkali resistant, capable of high-temperature disinfection, in compliance with CIP disinfection standards and steam disinfection standards.
Measurement principle
The fluorescence method dissolved oxygen analyzer is based on the quenching principle of specific substances on active fluorescence in physics. Blue light emitted from a light-emitting diode (LED) illuminates the fluorescent material on the inner surface of the fluorescent cap. The fluorescent material on the inner surface is excited and emits red light. By detecting the phase difference between the red and blue light and comparing it with the internal calibration value, the concentration of oxygen molecules is calculated, and the final value is automatically compensated by temperature and pressure.
